It is located in Hartford and is a prestigious school to attend, Rory gained attendance there in her sophomore year of high school. Chilton is highly competitive, and, as Hanlin Charleston once put it, while failure is a part of life, it is not a part of Chilton. Most students attending Chilton end up at an Ivy league school.
When was Chilton High School founded??
The school was founded in 1803, celebrating its bicentennial in 2003. Its school colors are blue and white (silver), and the students attending Chilton are required to wear a uniform.

Welcome to Chilton Middle School! Home of the "Bobcats!" Fall Break- November 15-21, Minimum Day (1:53 dismissal)- 12/17, Winter Break- December 20 – January 3. School Starts at 9:05 each day. Please allow extra time for parking lot traffic when driving to school. On Mondays, classes end at 1:53.
