At Forward Learning Youth & Young Adults (FLYY), we stand unequivocally with Black Life. As a behavioral health organization, we understand that Black Trauma Matters, and commit to ensuring that our trauma-informed services reflect the intersectional needs of our clients and staff.
What is Flyy??
Established in 2011, FLYY is a community-based nonprofit serving youth, young adults and their parents or caregivers throughout Dane County. Typical participants are between ages 6 – 35, and parents or caregivers of any age.
What is Flyy doing about race and mental health??
We are taking meaningful steps towards better understanding the intersection of race and mental health, for which we as mental workers are equipped. Established in 2011, FLYY is a community-based nonprofit serving youth, young adults and their parents or caregivers throughout Dane County.
Where can I take classes at Flyy??
Other sessions may take place at a coffee shop, a library, at one of FLYY’s two office locations, or within the community by learning to use public transportation or to access other local resources.
