Serving Our Community. Success Learning Center (SLC) was founded in 2001 by Jana Meyerstein, a Visalia native and local educator. Success Learning Center and sister company Visalia Music School, occupy 4,000 square feet of classroom space and, with over 30 instructors, we provide Tulare County a full-range of tutoring and music services.
